We connect you with a physical therapist in your area who delivers & fits you with a “medical grade” customizable orthopedic brace.
We are confident that the brace you will be fitted with will be a comfortable fit, will provide you a better range of motion and assist you in healing!
What is the Fit My Brace Concierge Service?
Our concierge service is where patients are evaluated, diagnosed and given a prescription for an orthopedic brace that is appropriate for the diagnosis and will help treat their pain.
As your advocates, we work with your doctor, your provider, your fitter and your insurance company (most cover our braces), to provide you a custom-fit brace!
Once we receive your information, we will verify that your insurance offers coverage, we will contact your doctor, requesting a review of your information to determine if a customizable medical grade brace should be prescribed.
We will provide a customizable, semi-flexible, step-down brace that may be cut, molded and adjusted to fit appropriately and address the issues stated in the diagnosis. You will then be contacted by a physical therapist to make an appointment for a fitting.
Although orthotists, certified fitters, physicians and physician assistants can apply a brace to a patient; we only work with physical therapists, who not only can fit the brace but also provide ongoing physical therapy as needed. Our therapists will ensure that it is customized to address YOUR individual personal anatomy as well as specific medical problems and that you understand how to use your new brace.
Simply provide your contact information, where you have pain, your doctors name and your insurance. With your doctor’s signed prescription your provider will send a customizable brace to a physical therapist able to custom fit a brace to you in the comfort of your home!
